We require the following non-refundable, minimum booking retainer deposit be paid prior to any inspection being performed:

Carpeting: 
A pre-inspection, non-refundable minimum booking retainer  of $500.00 is required for all inspections.   

Wood, Laminate, Engineered, Vinyl and Tile:
A pre-inspection, non-refundable minimum booking retainer deposit of $500.00 is required for all inspections. Inspections beyond a radius of 50 miles from our office require a non-refundable minimum booking retainer of $800.00.

The retainer is applied towards the total cost of the inspection.

TYPED REPORT: Carpeting    $500.00 (Minimum)

TYPED REPORT: Wood, Laminate, Engineered & Vinyl    $500.00 (Minimum)

On Site Inspection, report prep or research time:    $100.00 per hour

MILEAGE CHARGE:    $ .75 per mile

TOLLS AND OTHER EXPENSES:    At cost plus 20%

TRAVEL TIME:    $45.00 per hour

PHOTOGRAPHS:    $5.50 each

MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES:    At cost plus 20%

The above prices are for inspections within 50 miles of our office. Please call for booking fees outside of this area.

All inspections include a site visit, photographs if necessary and a written report. Payment of all outstanding balances is required prior to a report being released.

Court appearances, depositions or affidavits requiring expert witness services are not included in the above inspection fees and are billed in addition to the above! Expert witness fees are $150.00 per hour plus expenses and require signing a separate Consulting Agreement. A minimum fee (Retainer) of $600.00 is required and includes up to 4 hours of time.
