The institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification is a non-profit certifying body for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industry.  Organized in 1972, the IICRC currently represents over 5000 certified firms and 17,500 certified technicians in nine countries.

Their technical department is second to none. Member mills receive surprise inspections on a regular basis to assure that their product meets the NOFMA standard of manufacture.
